Make your next meeting part of something bigger. Our Zero Emission Meetings programme helps MICE groups reduce their environmental impact by estimating event-related emissions and offsetting them through tree planting in partnership with Singha Park Chiang Rai.

It’s a simple add-on to your meeting package — with clear reporting and a shareable confirmation visual for internal comms.

What is a Zero Emission Meeting?

A Zero Emission Meeting is a meeting or event where estimated carbon emissions are calculated and fully offset through tree planting.

Your programme includes:

Estimated CO₂e calculation based on agreed meeting inputs
Tree planting offset via Singha Park Chiang Rai
A digital Carbon Offset Certificate visual showing the planting field/area and your company name/logo (for sharing internally)

How it works

Share your meeting details (see checklist below)
We estimate emissions and calculate the offset requirement
You receive a confirmed offset cost to add to your proposal/contract
Once confirmed, we coordinate the tree planting through Singha Park
You receive a digital certificate visual for your records and communications

What we need from you

To prepare your estimate, please share:

Event name
Event dates and duration
Number of attendees (per day if it varies)
Meeting format (full day / half day / multi-room)
Number of meeting rooms and set-ups
Accommodation details (number of rooms / nights, if applicable)
Estimated meals and coffee breaks (per day)
Any group transfers (airport/venue) and transport type (if arranged)
Key contact person for approvals and company logo for certificate use

Important notice

Our Zero Emission Meetings programme is an internal sustainability initiative. Carbon emission calculations are estimated in good faith using internal guidelines, and tree planting is carried out through our existing partnership with Singha Park Chiang Rai. This programme is not an officially certified carbon offset scheme and therefore cannot be used for tax incentives, formal carbon neutrality certification, or government submissions. Participation is voluntary and intended to support environmental conservation and responsible travel.
