Chef Pop, Natthaphat Songchoo, leads the kitchen at Sala Thai and brings more than a decade of experience in Thai cuisine. His cooking reflects a deep understanding of seasonal ingredients, regional flavours, and the care behind traditional Thai recipes.
For more than 30 years, Sala Thai has been a treasured dining institution on Koh Samui, known for presenting the finest flavours of Thailand with refined contemporary touches. Guided by master Thai chefs, Sala Thai celebrates authentic recipes using locally sourced produce and premium cuts from land and sea.
