Terms & Conditions

• The applicable minimum length of stay is required.
• The offer must be booked at least 60 days before arrival.
• The offer is available for reservations made from 10 September 2026 onwards.
• Blackout dates apply from 24 December 2026 to 8 January 2027, inclusive.
• Complimentary transfers apply to all registered guests included in the reservation.
• Complimentary transfers are provided by the resort’s shared scheduled speedboat service and are not private transfers.
• The shared speedboat operates on fixed schedules, with two departures daily in each direction. Please view the current schedule on our Getting Here page.
• After completing the room reservation, guests are encouraged to submit their preferred arrival and departure times as early as possible.
• Transfer times are subject to availability, limited allocation and confirmation by the resort on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Boat schedules may change due to weather, sea conditions or operational requirements.
• Land transfers to and from Royal Phuket Marina are not included.
• Private land transfers are available at THB 1,550 net per van, per way, for a maximum of five passengers.
• Rates are subject to a 10% service charge, 7% VAT and 1% provincial tax.
• Full payment is required at the time of reservation.
• Reservations are non-refundable. Date modifications are permitted, subject to availability, applicable rate differences and the original offer conditions.
